Global Personnel Solutions, Inc. (GPS) is a regional staffing firm with multiple office locations strategically located throughout the Southeast.  Our corporate office is located in Augusta, Georgia and is the foundation from which GPS expanded its employment services throughout Georgia and the continental United States.  Founded in 1987, GPS is a woman-owned, certified minority-owned business that has successfully serviced private, publicly held and governmental agencies since inception.  GPS is a financially and operationally stable organization with over thirty (30) years of experience in providing staffing and customization services.  We have partnered with and provided professional services to numerous organizations, including Fortune 500 companies such as Proctor and Gamble, Berkshire Hathaway, Monsanto and Electrolux.   We have served some of the state’s largest educational and healthcare systems as well as Savannah River Site, one of the nation’s largest nuclear facilities.   We also serve small businesses with the same level of excellence and expertise that we offer each of our clients.

GPS provides a broad range of services, including recruitment, temporary placement, permanent placement, managed services, payroll, benefits administration, pre-employment skill evaluation & screening, and employee training services. GPS offers these services on a stand-alone basis and as part of an integrated staffing solution. Nearly all of GPS’ staffing assignments involve long term contracts.

Today, we have an average of 500 employees per week with an annual average hire rate of over 1500 employees across three states. Our skilled staff delivers value and service to our clients, while providing cost-saving benefits.  We understand the challenges that you face and commit ourselves to operating as a business partner, not just a service provider.  Our Chief Operating Officer has over 20 years of human resource, legal and staffing experience.  Our Director of Operations has 25 years of management, staffing and human resource experience while our Office Managers and Recruiters are highly skilled individuals with a combination of over 50 years of experience in recruiting and human resources.  Likewise, our Finance Manager and payroll clerks combined have over 30 years of payroll and accounting experience. GPS also has a local and corporate team dedicated to each client to ensure success as needs change and to provide direct oversight and rapid response to critical concerns.  Our staff is also comprised of former educators, administrators and IT staff who have expertise in the day to day operations of various organizations.
